FREE CONSULTATION

All our services are subject to a free consultation to discuss your fund raise. Not all investment opportunities are suitable for promotion on The Registry. Excluded sectors include weapons, sex trade, industries perceived as environmentally unfriendly and sanctioned jurisdictions.

SUBSCRIPTION

We charge a monthly subscription fee of £380 plus VAT for promoting your fund raise on The Registry. There is no long-term contract, you can cancel with just 30 days’ notice. Promotion includes sending newsletters and marketing emails to potential investors, attending relevant events including conferences at which you may present your fund raise, and general marketing activities across main stream and social media. 

PLACEMENT AGENT

We can act for you as a full-service placement agent. We directly contact investment officers and senior decision makers (via email, phone calls and in person) promoting just your fund raise, arranging and attending meetings between you and potential investors, helping to negotiate terms etc. The cost for this level of service is £5,000 plus VAT per month. NOTE: We do not charge placement agent clients for political lobbying services if required for fund raising purposes.

THE SUCCESS FEE

If we successfully support your fund raise, we charge a success fee based on the capital raised*. This fee is payable within three months of the capital being received by you.

* The success fee is 0.5% for fund managers and 3% for direct investment into a corporate entity.
